In Home Assessments

This step is necessary in the process of developing a Care Plan or when accepting client referrals. The results of these assessments will help us design a Service Delivery Schedule that suits the client’s needs. We can conduct both Non-Medical and Nursing Assessments for the client at home. Please take note that there are NO charges for “Non-Medical” Assessments. However, charges may apply for “Nursing” Assessments which can include mileage fees as applicable. We see to it that costs are worked out and discussed with the client and/or family members prior to the start of service.

Services are available 24/7, 365 days a week. Please call us during our office hours which are Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm to arrange care services. We can arrange flexible schedules to conform to the client’s care requirements and preferences.

Companion/ Sitter Services

Amblecare Health Services has companions and sitters who can provide cheerful companionship. They can also supervise the client’s safety and keep family members up-to-date with how their loved one is doing.

Personal Care

This service covers activities of daily living and instrumental activities of daily living. Basically, it is provided to help the individual remain at home and exercise their utmost independence.

Homemaking Services

Transportation/Accompaniment
Doing yard-work such as cutting lawns, pulling weeds, raking leaves, trimming shrubs, and tending to gardens
Shoveling snow
Splitting and stacking firewood
Doing odd jobs and minor home repairs like fixing plumbing problems, installing bathroom grab bars or rails, repairing step on the stairs, etc.

Caregiver Relief/ Respite Care

Taking care of your loved ones can take a toll on your overall health. Take a break. Respite Care is an excellent choice for your predicament.

End of Life Care/ Palliative Care

Allow your loved ones to live the remainder of their lives in comfort. With palliative care, we guarantee that their overall health and well-being will be addressed.

Nursing Care

Whenever one of our clients requires a higher level of care and attention, we can provide a Private Duty Nurse to conduct in home treatment, rehabilitative care, personalized support, and disease education. This service can be provided upon request.

Requesting for care services is a convenient and simplified process at Amblecare Health Services. You can call us at 833-692-6253 and talk to our care coordinators on duty from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. There is also a voice mail in place 24 hours a day which we check regularly so we can give prompt attention to requests for immediate assistance.
