How We Hire Our Staff

It takes several steps to thoroughly screen our applicants before they are finally hired at Amblecare Health Services.

• Application

  Care professionals are invited to send their application and reference letter(s) to Amblecare Health Services.

• In-Person Interviews

  Applicants who matches our preliminary requirements are invited for a face to face interview and further employment evaluation.

• Security Checks

  Amblecare Health Services runs a security check for possible criminal records, driving violations, drug cases, etc.

• Orientation

  Before deploying the caregivers to any assignment, they go through a comprehensive orientation process.

• Caregiver Matching

  We carefully match a client’s needs with the skillset of the caregivers in our roster. We do not assign caregivers to a client unless they are ready.

• Ongoing Training

  Even when the caregiver is already placed on assignment, we still conduct periodic performance reviews. This is a quality control measure that is strictly implemented at Amblecare Health Services.
